Borderway Finance is delighted to announce we have been shortlisted for the prestigious Customer Service Excellence Award at the upcoming 2026 Car Finance Awards.

Several members of the Borderway Finance team will soon be donning their finest and stepping out for the evening to celebrate Borderway’s third year of being nominated. The black-tie event is being hosted at the National Motorcycle Museum in Birmingham on 20 May. The Museum is a fantastic setting for the event as it’s the largest British motorcycle museum in the world, with a collection of 350 motorcycles on display from the “60 Glorious Year” of motorcycle manufacturing in this country.

Now in its 11th year, the Car Finance Awards continues to honour the most innovative, impactful, and high-performing businesses and individuals across the industry.

Being named as a finalist in the Customer Service Excellence category is a proud moment for the team, with the award recognising companies that go above and beyond to deliver exceptional outcomes for their customers

Delivering good outcomes for customers is central to Borderway’s ethos of providing “friendly motor finance”. This commitment to service has been recognised by customers leaving consistently strong reviews meaning we have been awarded Feefo’s Platinum Service Award for five years running.

Borderway Finance’s Managing Director, Mike Deans, has once again been asked to join the panel of judges alongside other leaders from the industry. Whilst he cannot judge the category Borderway are nominated for, he will be keeping fingers crossed on the night. He said,

“To be recognised in this notoriously competitive category is fantastic for Borderway, especially as a smaller lender going head-to-head with some of the largest lenders in the country.

"As a small team our strength lies in the relationships we build with our customers. Being shortlisted for the Customer Service Excellence Award is a testament to the hard work and dedication our team puts into everything they do.”
